The Oasis of the Seas will be the first of the Oasis Class (formerly the Genesis Class or project Genesis) luxury cruise ships in the Royal Caribbean International fleet. The ship was ordered in February 2006 and the keel was laid in December 2007. The Oasis will come into service in December 2009, sailing from Port Everglades, Fort Lauderdale, US, on Caribbean itineraries.

Dubai Metro is one of the most important and vital projects in the emirate and work a total length of 75 km, when you run the second phase in February (February) next, and is divided into three parts, one is working above ground and one underground, and the third level the earth’s surface. The project also includes 47 stations, including retail stores and shops that provide all passenger amenities, services and facilities such as newspapers, magazines and personal tools and other miscellaneous materials and consumer goods

Amazing Models in Google Earth Video

It took just a matter of seconds to flatten L’Aquila in Central Italy. The earthquake, magnitude 5.8, killed 308 people there and in the surrounding region. It was early morning, April 6.
50,000 people were made homeless overnight.

Holography is three-dimensional laser photography. The hologram is a true, three-dimensional record of the original object. It contains depth and parallax, which is the ability to see around the object to objects placed behind.

The word, hologram is composed of the Greek terms, “holos” for “whole view”; and gram, meaning “written”. A hologram is a three-dimensional record of the positive interference of laser light waves. A technical term for holography is wavefront reconstruction.

Cutting-edge projects throughout the Middle East rely on a variety of simulation programs to inform design and predict building performance

The Middle East is a land of extremes—economic, climatic, and cultural. When it comes to building construction, it is also a place for superlatives, with projects that are the biggest, the tallest, and the most expensive in the world. Added to that is a growing list of structures that promise to be among the most innovative in terms of design and energy performance. To determine the feasibility of these complex projects—many of which engage natural phenomena created by the wind, sun, and moon—architects are increasingly relying on building simulation programs, utilized both in-house and by consultants who are now being called on during the earliest stages of the design process.
